    Please help me with some short affirmations…?
    My sister is a tax accountant. So, as you can probably figure out, she is working 6 to 7 days a week right now, and often 12 hour days. With her birthday coming up on Sunday, I want to make a book of affirmations, stress busters, and healthy quotes she can glance at quickly at her desk to refresh herself. I already have things like taking cleansing breaths, and some good quotes, but I got stuck. I’d sure appreciate some helpful hints. Thanks.

    I tried the health affirmation for 30 days by saying “Every day in every way, i am getting better and better.” My doctor told me my health improved and asked me how I did it and I said by saying affirmaions. I believe the mind is powerful.
    I believe that illness starts with the mind. Negative thoughts=illness. So if you change your thoughts to positive, you can see some improvement in your health.

      Yup…because they work. Doctors will tell you they work. If you don’t expect a miracle you won’t get one. I’m not sure if it’s still in print, but Katherine Ponder wrote a very good book in the 70′s on affirmations. To quote, I believe, Maxwell Maltz, “Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve.
